If required this CTL can also be ordered with operation from the right side (seen in the feeding direction) which renders the possibility to place the machine according to the user’s demands and to the space available in his factory.

Feeding unit consisting of 2 rolls – a steel roll and a rubber coated roll. The lower roll is driven. Feeding speed 15 m/min., and the feeding accuracy is +/- 0.3 mm per meter.

Straightening unit with 5 straightening rolls with driven lower rolls.
The rolls can be adjusted from both sides of the machine, and their positions are read off numerically.

Cutting unit - an integrated mechanical shear.
The holddown unit is rubber coated to protect sensitive sheets.

Touch Screen Control where length and number of sheets can be programmed.

Slitting unit – will as standard include 2 pairs of slitting blades. The slitting unit is driven via the lower slitting shaft. If further pairs of slitting blades are used the capacity will be reduced. The slitting unit can be adjusted from the left or from the right side of the line.
